The Wedding Details
The setting:
Private professional chef
Dedicated waiting team to serve you and your guests
Live carving station
All serving tables & equipment required to serve your chosen menu
Bespoke, restaurant quality cutlery & crockery to serve your guests

Each place setting will include:
Side plate & bread knife
Starter knife & fork
Dinner knife & fork
Dessert knife & fork
Tea / coffee cup & saucer
We do not provide glassware

Each table will include:
Two bread baskets
Salt & pepper cellars
Ramekins with butter & condiments
We will serve wine provided by yourselves with no corkage fee, if you wish.
(Based on round tables with 8-10 guests)

Our requirements for the day:
Access to drinking water in or beside catering tent / kitchen
4 x electrical sockets inside catering tent / kitchen
Kitchen and/or catering marquee for food preparation and service (Min. 6m x 6m)
Parking for our refrigerated van beside catering tent / kitchen
Site visit – Preferably the week of the event, to familiarise ourselves with the venue
