Terms & Conditions
- Hire payment is taken in advance of delivery.
- Security deposit of 10% required on booking. This will be refunded on return of all equipment in same condition as on delivery.
- Delivery charge may apply.
- We request you inspect equipment immediately on arrival and report any marks / damage to delivery driver / our office asap to ensure you are not liable for any existing damage.
- Hire charges apply from the date of delivery requested by you until the date we receive the equipment back in a clean and serviceable condition.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all people who use the equipment, are instructed in it’s safe and correct use
You will be liable for the loss, damage or replacement of equipment while in your care. - You authorise us to enter any land or premises where we believe any equipment to be, in order to inspect, replace, repair or repossess it.
