This year in Athy we are twinned with a little French town called Grandvilliers and i have been allocated the job of catering for them......My menu is going to be very very Slow roast pig on a spit....ie 10 hours roasted and real nice. Roasted baby med vegetables (served with a basil butter) and or chilly oil Roasted potatoes and homemade stuffing Homemade boars head coleslaw and potato salad Lots of pasta with fresh Spanish chorizio and coriander Breads and drinkies!!!

Hi All, here is a really nice and quick marinade for your big 16-20 once bbq steaks, and really you will eat a full 20 once steak once you taste this.....ok here we go, it takes about 25 mins all together to get it right Ingredients - very large steak
- 4 tbspolive/ sunflour oil
- 2onions, peeled and chopped
- 4 clovegarlic, crushed
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 4 tea spoons of tabasco-------very important!!!!
- 4 tea spoons of tomato paste
- 30 g dark brown sugar ,
- 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 pepper
- 100 ml dark
