Followers of my blog will know that occasionaly i like to put recipies on, and other information. This time i wish to talk about Pig on a spit catering for your outdoor event. I have a friend in Crumlin Michael Sheary who is a publician and sees me catering once a month as an average. The reason he does is because the no fuss factor and relation ship we have built up since last year. Catering for someone who is in the public eye either makes or breaks you. I am lucky and invest a lot in my staff both financially and with trust and this pays good dividents. |

I was privileged when i received a phone call from Hillary from the medical company Fannin who are based in South Dublin. Hillary has booked us again to cater for her employees and i hope we develop this working relationship further. So if you are a company with €1250 to spare you can either bring 40 people into town and feed them or book me and feed 100 in your premises, with food thats very very tasty.......Thanks Hillary and Fannin Health care

Last year when things were going well i contacted a very nice gentleman called Dennis lane from select media to put an add in the Farmers Journal hard year copy. Obviously i did this with a view to promote sales but little did i know it would make so many opportunities available!! The whole page add was expensive but it afforded me a space as the only caterer and i got the strangest phonecall yesterday form a man from tipperary called Ger Brennan. Ger is a fine wildboar farmer and raises these amazing animals from his farm for the table. He is now going to be my supplier of wildboar and i look forward to an amazing summer working with him....Thanks Ger

Just to keep you all in the loop, last year i was approached by select media's Dennis Lane to take out an add which i did and am very happy with....Last year i was very busy and i thought an ad in the farmers Journal ( full Page mind you) would be a good idea... Well i was and i got the most unusual phone call from Ger Brennan in Tipperary yesterday who is my new supplier of wild boar!!!! As ger says its pork the way it tasted 30 years ago!!! And being the pigspit and Bbq company its not going to cost you the earth for these Antibiotic free happy pigs! |
