delivery of a service that could go wrong in many aspects if not
managed in a professional manner. You delivered on everything and
more that you said you would do and our guests (170 plus) were so
impressed with the Spit Roasted Pig and food that you served. It was the first Pig roast that most of them had attended and listening to their comments it will not be their last.
