We can cater fo rthe full day of the wedding from
Breakfast -
Full Main wedding meal -Including deserts and Canapes as well as soups and cold starters
Late night bites- either the traditional sandwiches to the Homemade fish and chips or mini bbq.
Teas and Coffees
As well as organising a Bar and alchol.
We arrive early on time and are known for their very helpful attitude--nothing is too much trouble. We will help with laying out your tables etc etc. We travel throughout the night for an early serving.
We can’t guarantee the weather, but we can guarantee a no hassle service with the very best spit roast caterers in the country.

Canapes Now available. from March 2011-Made fresh on Site for you. - I cant stress how good our Canapes are they make a great addition to the Main. Served with a lovely bottle of 1982 bollinger.....or Tesco's finest!

We can Cater with a Roast Pig/ Spit Roast pig /Lamb/Beef,and provide cutlery and be your one stop shop for outdoor catering.
We Provide 4 salads ,and if you want choose to Include deserts and starters made fresh for you. Not the factory rubbish our competitors may use.

All our meat is Irish; I really can’t stress that enough!!
My butcher Dylan Brennan (Brennans Butchers ) is from Carlow and Hand picks every individual hog and lamb we use. The average weight we now use is 80kg.
We are married and know how important the day is and the party after /before are!!!!
We have lists of very good suppliers also so it there is something special you need consider it done!!!!! Marquees Wedding Cakes ( Handmade - Diana my wifes friend is just the most amazing Pastry chef)etc
Our portions are very sizeable and no one is hungry after our events.
We serve late, it’s not uncommon for us to serve the pig at 12am 1am but 2am would be the limit!!!!!If we are serving very late into the wee hours additional payment will be needed for B&B.
The day after the wedding, breakfasts and Pigspit bbq's, The day after the wedding in Ireland is usually a day or relaxing with the crowd, normally from the wedding and rehashing the previous days events. It’s always a nice time for families to enjoy and have no worries as regards being fed and watered. That’s where we come into our own and can offer you a really amazing menu, starting from early morning Breakfast to lunch meals. The classic Pig on a spit is simply the ideal party food for the day after
The Breakfast MenuWe will make a Breakfast for you cooked in your home with Irish Puddings and Sausages from Brennans of carlow the tastiest we believe in the country. Baked beans (Irish) mushrooms cooked in fresh milk. Homemade thick cooked Rashers. Farm fresh eggs (organic), real butter. Toast and soda bread as well as amazing Breakfast tea and coffee. Red and Brown sauce as well as cutlery and plates.
The Pigspit for the day after the wedding Sit back and enjoy a Pig and full menu for the day after the wedding we normally bring 2 meats with salads to an event like the day after the wedding and it’s usually a longer service than the main wedding dinner.
