My Butcher is amazing, he is a family 3rd generation butcher who know really absolutely everything about Meat and its preparation. Please don’t buy foreign meats when we are surrounded with some super producers here in this country. Ask for Dylan in Brenan’s family butchers on main street Carlow town. Let me tell you there is something very special from a butcher who makes his own Sausages, puddings and meat pies!!!!
